* Kristina Allen, 34, has been promoted to senior vice president of media planning for BBDO’s Western Division. In her new position, Allen will continue to manage media planning on all of BBDO’s Los Angeles accounts.

Prior to joining BBDO in 1989, Allen spent 10 years with Ogilvy & Mather, New York.
