Fox Trots: Fox will have two new half-hour series this spring. “Code Three” (working title), a show featuring paramedics and rescue units from across the country, will premiere April 11. “Sightings,” a program dealing with topics such as life after death, psychic healing and UFOs, will kick off with a one-hour special on ghosts Feb. 28. The series premieres April 17.
