PC Maker Cuts Jobs: PCC Group, a personal computer manufacturer in Brea, eliminated 27 jobs last week.

But company President Jack Wen said he plans to hire about 10 people at the company’s headquarters to expand its marketing efforts.

Wen said he thinks that the slumping PC market is beginning to bounce back, though he noted that computer prices will likely continue to fall throughout 1992 as suppliers such as semiconductor manufacturer Intel Corp. lower their prices.
