Germany’s Hans Stuck, driving a Porsche 911, passed the Chevrolet Corvette of Shawn Hendricks on the second lap and won the season-opening IMSA Potenza Supercar Series race at Miami, a 30-minute timed event.
Stuck finished 8.925 seconds ahead of Hendricks and averaged only 54.066 m.p.h. in the event, which had only seven of its 15 laps under green-flag conditions.
