Two-Year Yields Rise at Auction: Yields on two-year Treasury notes rose to the highest level in three months. The average yield was 5.40%, up from 4.99% at the last auction Jan. 22 and the highest since two-year notes averaged 5.51% Nov. 25. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 5 3/8%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,995.30. A total of $14.31 billion in notes was sold out of bids totaling $36.69 billion.
