A San Diego bank on Friday became the 11th victim in five months of the so-called “Spiderman Bandit,” police said.

The 9:30 a.m. robbery netted $1,760 from a Household Bank branch in the 5100 block of Waring Road, according to police spokesman Bill Robinson. The bandit, who began his robbery spree in November, gained his name because of a tattoo of a spider web on the right side of his neck.

The robber also has a teardrop tattoo in the corner of each eye, a birthmark on his right cheek and a “LOVE” tattoo on his left knuckles, Robinson said. He’s described as Latino, 22 to 34 years old, 135 to 175 pounds with short dark hair and a dark mustache.
