CU Bancorp, the Encino parent of California United Bank, said Steven C. Good has resigned as chairman and has been replaced by Melvin Gagerman, a longtime director of the bank.
John J. Keating, CU’s president and chief executive, said Good’s departure was due to “the demands of his personal business.” Good and Gagerman are both principals in the Los Angeles accounting firm Good, Gagerman & Berns.
