A Vote for McClintock
Tom McClintock recently announced plans to run for Congress. He has proven himself with several terms in the state Assembly, and no better candidate has ever run.
I am concerned about political issues and write lots of letters. I am a private citizen, not a representative of any advocacy group and I cannot afford to make campaign contributions. Yet, McClintock makes himself available to citizens in his district almost every week and his staff has promptly made an appointment for me whenever I asked.
I have repeatedly tried to meet with other elected officials and have never encountered one as responsive and available as McClintock.
