EPA Contract to Computer Sciences Draws Fire: Computer Sciences Corp. of El Segundo received a $347-million Environmental Protection Agency contract in 1990, four years after the agency accused it of improperly billing the government, Rep. John D. Dingell (D-Mich.) complained. The chairman of the House energy and commerce investigations subcommittee commented in the wake of an EPA inspector general’s audit last week charging that the questionable billing practices are continuing in the new contract. Computer Sciences said it is complying with all regulations.
