REDEFINING FEMINISM

Share

Nina Easton’s attempt to clarify and critique feminist direction is woefully myopic. She states that a more accommodating, pragmatic brand of feminism is needed to appeal to the country’s middle ground. I’m not sure who makes up the middle ground in this country but issues addressed by feminists in recent years include poverty, education, racial bias, sexuality, child rearing, aging, spirituality, creativity and environmental concerns.
