* Stephen D. Natcher, 51, has been elected vice president-administration at Wyle Laboratories and continues as general counsel and secretary of the El Segundo-based firm.

Wyle also announced the promotion of Barry D. Emerson to corporate controller. He succeeds Van Holland, who was recently named the corporation’s executive vice president-finance.

Emerson was formerly assistant corporate controller.
