* The Los Angeles-based law firm of Lewis, D’Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard has announced the addition of three attorneys as partners:

Richard H. Keatinge, former managing partner of the Los Angeles office of Fulbright & Jaworski, and Roger D. Loomis Jr. and K. Gregory Keever, former partners with Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz in Los Angeles.

All three attorneys will continue to practice corporate finance. Keatinge specializes in business counseling, with an emphasis on strategic planning from the legal perspective. Loomis specializes in corporate securities and bank transactional matters. Keever’s specialty is taxation and commercial transactions.
