Nestle to Sell Carnation Operation in Arizona: Main St. & Main Inc. of Scottsdale, Ariz., announced an agreement to purchase Carnation Dairies Phoenix from Nestle Food Co. The purchase price was not disclosed. Carnation Dairy distributes products to California and other Western states in addition to Arizona.
