Creditors Get OK to Sue Ex-Continental Chief: A federal bankruptcy court judge in Wilmington, Del., cleared the way for Continental Airlines Holdings Inc.’s creditors to sue former Chairman Frank Lorenzo. Continental’s creditors want $160 million in compensation and $90 million in damages from Lorenzo, former Continental Executive Vice President Robert Snedeker and Jet Capital Corp., a holding company owned by the two men. The creditors committee is charging the two executives with fraudulently selling Continental shares held by Jet Capital to Scandinavian Airlines System in 1990 at a time when they knew Continental was insolvent.
