Trade Mission to Mexico: Elan International, a Newport Beach marketing consultant, is organizing a four-day mission to Mexico City next month to discuss trade and investment opportunities.
About 30 people representing the local World Trade Center, the Latin Business Assn. and the California Center for International Trade Development will meet, starting April 26, with Mexican government officials and executives of major telecommunications, high-technology and environmental companies.
