Marquardt Wins Jet Contract: Marquardt Manufacturing Inc. in Van Nuys said it reached tentative agreement on a $120-million contract to build fuselages for a new business jet being assembled by Swearingen Aircraft Inc. in San Antonio. Marquardt said the new production, scheduled to start late this year, would create more than 300 additional jobs. The SJ130 jet, expected to be certified by federal authorities in late 1993, is an eight-passenger jet costing about $2.6 million.
