Leonard Sherman has joined J. D. Power & Associates as a partner in charge of the Agoura Hills-based firm’s new office in Westport, Conn.

The automotive research firm also named William Congleton as director of information systems and operations, Glenn Pincus as director of design and development services, and Sybil Flintoff as administrator of Power’s dealer round-table organizations.

Power also appointed Margie Long manager of human resources and named William Vorhies director of tactical consulting and training.
