ERIN GO BRAGH: The “Ireland Forever” slogan will be used in countless St. Patrick’s Day toasts today throughout Orange County. For Gerry Mackey, owner of Costa Mesa’s Harp Inn, it’s the big day of the year. . . . “We’ll start at 9 a.m., with Irish music videos until the live music starts at 2,” says Mackey, a native of County Armagh in Northern Ireland. “It will be Irish beer and Irish stew until we close. There is no bigger day to celebrate.”
