BOAT ANGER: Vice President Dan Quayle, who arrives in Orange County this afternoon, may face some angry demonstrators on a trip to Westminster’s Little Saigon on Wednesday. Vietnamese activist Thuy Nguyen says people are upset about the Bush Administration now encouraging “boat people” in refugee camps to return to Vietnam. . . . “The new policy has caused a lot of hopelessness,” Nguyen says. Quayle will take a walking tour of Little Saigon and meet with Asian-American leaders.
