More Humanitarian Mail

WASHINGTON —
The humanitarian mail service to the republics of the former Soviet Union is being extended until June 30, the U.S. Postal Service reported. It had been scheduled to end March 30. The humanitarian mail system offers rate savings of about 50% from airmail charges.
