Administration’s Aid to Iraq
In response to “Iraq Confronts U.N. on Sanctions,” March 12:
U.S. Ambassador Thomas R. Pickering is quoted saying, “Iraq makes declarations of minimal content, declarations which are clearly meant to misinform, misdirect, and to conceal. . . . This is not compliance but hide-and-seek, cat and mouse, cheat and retreat.”
It is apparent that Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tarik Aziz has a lot to learn. We now live in a one-superpower world with the United States in charge. Only the Bush regime and U.S. government officials have the authority to make declarations of minimal content. Only the Bush regime has the authority to misinform the American people and others throughout the world, and only the Bush regime can conceal its hidden agenda for world domination and control. In the new world order, only George Bush is allowed to play hide-and-seek, cat and mouse, cheat and retreat.
