Monarch Has Surgery

BRUSSELS —
Belgium’s King Baudouin underwent successful heart surgery in Paris on Wednesday, the royal palace announced.
The 61-year-old king will have to stay in the Broussais Hospital in Paris for two or three days to recover from the operation to repair a heart valve.
