Mark Kent died of injuries suffered in a crash during opening practice for the IMSA Firestone Firehawk Endurance Championship Grand Sports race in Sebring, Fla. Kent’s BMW M-3 went off course in a turn at Sebring International Raceway. The car slammed into a safety barrier before coming to rest against a bus in a parking area. Kent, who owned and operated a graphic design firm in Hingham, Mass., was 35.
