NO WALLFLOWER: Former California Gov. Edmund G. (Pat) Brown is scheduled to debate convicted Watergate figure H.R. (Bob) Haldeman at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace at 2 p.m. today. But the real star of the hour may be in the audience. Annie Leibovitz, above, the famed photographer, has been getting VIP treatment from the library staff. . . . She’ll be there to shoot the debate as well as parts of the Nixon library for Vanity Fair.
