Firm’s 25th Anniversary

Solid State Devices Inc. will celebrate its 25th anniversary April 13. Founded in 1967 by Arnold N. Applebaum, chairman and president, the company employs 200 people and is one of the five largest manufacturers of power discrete semiconductors for the military and space industry.
