The state of Wisconsin Investment Board has acquired 19.2%, or 1.1 million common shares, of Enhanced Imaging Technologies Inc. The Irvine company makes specialized films for hospital laboratories and computer screen filters. Enhanced Imaging raised $13.7 million in an initial public stock offering earlier this month. The company has said the proceeds will go in part toward paying off debt.
