Hanoi Moves Ho Portrait

HANOI —
The government has moved Vietnam’s biggest portrait of Ho Chi Minh from the top of the state bank to a museum, saying the 33-foot-high picture, painted on a concrete block, had cracked the roof and was in danger of toppling.
