Take a Bow: “Nature,” PBS’ award-winning natural history program, has added to its laurels by winning the Sierra Club’s Centennial Year Award, the first time the club has honored a television series. The club cited host and Executive Editor George Page and WNET, the New York PBS station, “for a decade of devotion to the environment . . . and raising awareness of the fragility of the earth.” “Nature’s” plans for next season include an unprecedented six-part series that will take viewers across the land mass of the former Soviet Union.
