SOLUTION SEARCH: Gary Costa of the state-funded AIDS Response Program in Garden Grove is making a name counseling high school students about safe sex. CBS’ “48 Hours” will highlight him in a piece to air soon. Costa, HIV-positive since 1985, says young people aren’t interested in abstinence. . . . “They want to know what they can do,” Costa says. “We tell them you can have sexual pleasure without penetration.”
