SUNNY OUTLOOK? Few are predicting these Angels will rival division winners in 1979, 1982 (an all-time best 93-69 record) and 1986. In fact, some worry that they will look more like the 1968 team that finished 67-95. . . . But home fans can usually count on one thing: The game will be played. Since the club moved to Anaheim in 1966, there have been just eight regular-season rain-outs, the last on April 14, 1988. There was also a game postponed because of a power blackout on April 21, 1977.
