SANTA PAULA : Administrator to Get 5% Salary Boost
Santa Paula’s city administrator will receive a 5% raise during the next year, the City Council decided Monday.
Arnold Dowdy, who earns about $72,000 a year, will receive a 2% cost-of-living raise for six months, retroactive to last month, and an additional 3% raise for six months, beginning in September.
The city’s 102 employees will also receive a 3% increase this month, followed by a 2% increase in October, and a 3% raise in a year, City Clerk Stacey B. MacDonald said.
City employees also received a 2% increase in October.
