News From Fox: Fox Broadcasting hopes to put a dent in Bill Cosby’s farewell show on NBC by airing back-to-back episodes of “The Simpsons” against the finale of “The Cosby Show” on April 30. “The Simpsons” has topped “Cosby” in the ratings three of the last five weeks. Sting, Cloris Leachman and Daniel Stern are special guest voices in the “Simpsons” segments, which are both repeats. . . . Speaking of Fox, Rick Bieber, who has been Michael Douglas’ partner in Stonebridge Entertainment, is the new president of FNM Films, which develops and produces movies for “Fox Night at the Movies.” Under Stonebridge, Bieber and Douglas produced the movie “Flatliners,” and Bieber was executive producer for “Radio Flyer” and “Hard Promises.”
