Venezuela Reinstates Suspended Rights

CARACAS, Venezuela —
The government announced Tuesday it is restoring civil rights suspended after February’s coup attempt.
Interior Minister Luis Pinerua Ordaz told an applauding Congress that a ban on protests and permission for police to search and arrest without warrants is being lifted.
