Jon Douglas to Buy Brokerage: Jon Douglas Co., one of the biggest residential real estate companies in Los Angeles, has agreed to acquire June Scott & Associates Inc. for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Scott, a Beverly Hills real estate brokerage firm with about 20 sales agents, will boost the Douglas sales force to about 1,800 agents in 34 sales offices, Douglas said.
