Richard M. Drysdale, who was chairman of Terminal Data Corp. in Moorpark and chairman of Bishop Inc. in Westlake Village, died recently of complications from pneumonia, Terminal Data announced. He was 60.

Drysdale had been chairman of Terminal Data, a maker of document imaging products, since March, 1990, and was one of its directors since 1986. He had also been chairman of Bishop, a producer of engineering equipment, since 1986.

Terminal Data and Bishop had sales of $21.1 million and $11.9 million, respectively, in their fiscal years that ended Sept. 30.

Drysdale also was a director of PerfectData Corp., a Simi Valley maker of computer maintenance products, and was an executive of two venture capital and management firms, American Research & Development and RMD-Westwood International Investments Inc.
