FHP Names Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Mark H. Westling has been appointed vice president, management information services and chief information officer for FHP Inc., a Fountain Valley health maintenance organization. Before joining FHP, he was senior director of information services for Western Digital Corp. Westling has also been director of management information services for McDonnell Douglas Corp.
