I was surprised to find, underneath the glossy-girl and motorcycle-mama photos and glitzy title, a sweet little article attesting to the comfortable diversity of gay lifestyles (“Lipstick Liberation,” by Lindsy Van Gelder, March 15). The blurring of distinguishing features of classes is a comfort to those of us who defy sexual and racial definition. Viva la Multifariousness! ANN ZUMWINKLE
