Shareholders of Walt Disney Co. approved a 4-for-1 split of the company’s common stock, which became effective Monday. . . . The Federal Reserve reported that the average yield for one-year T-bills, the most popular index for making changes in adjustable rate mortgages, fell to 4.14% last week, down from 4.25% the previous week. . . . Office Depot Inc., Delray Beach, Fla., said it will drop the membership format and change the name of its 65 Office Club membership warehouse stores to Office Depot on May 5.
