The Indianapolis Colts probably will keep the first two choices in Sunday’s NFL draft and use them to select tackle Steve Emtman of Washington and another defensive player, General Manager Jim Irsay said. He added that plans to meet with Emtman’s agent this week in hopes of signing the 6-foot-4, 290-pound winner of the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Award before the draft.
