Intel to Unveil Bigger Memory Card: Intel Corp. will introduce today a “flash” memory card for small portable computers that stores five times as much information as previous offerings in the fast-growing market. The credit card-sized product, which is used in place of data-storing disk drives, can hold 20 megabytes of memory, compared to 4 megabytes on Intel’s first flash card.
