2 Students Chosen for ‘Salute to Excellence’

Pratima Gupta of Arcadia, a student at Polytechnic School in Pasadena, and Phillip Olive, a student at Marshall Fundamental Secondary School in Pasadena, have been selected to attend the American Academy of Achievement’s “Salute to Excellence” from June 25-27 in Las Vegas.

The nonprofit academy was founded in 1961 to bring high school students together with people distinguished in science, business, sports, literature, the arts, the military and public service.

The Pasadena students’ participation will be sponsored by Plaza Pasadena.
