West Covina : Attention Graffiti Busters
City officials are encouraging residents to volunteer for the newly formed adopt-a-wall project.
The City Council on Tuesday approved the program to supply free paint to anyone who will make a one-year commitment to remove graffiti from a wall within 48 hours. Participants must buy their own paintbrushes and rollers.
Interested people are allowed to choose their own wall but must obtain written permission from the property owner and sign a waiver releasing the city from liability.
