Emergency Crew Hurt Investigating Fatal Fire

LOCKHART, Fla. —
Firefighters were treated after being overcome by carbon monoxide fumes while searching through a home in which a man and his pets were found dead, authorities said.
The body of Allen Glenn McKenzie, 31, was found Thursday in his garage, fire officials said. Investigators had not determined whether the death was accidental or suicide, Orange County sheriff’s spokesman Carlos Padilla said Friday.
