Visit to Skid Row
Your coverage of Mrs. Bush’s meeting with the homeless at the Los Angeles Mission was inappropriately tainted with sarcasm.
Instead of reporting on the good work the mission is doing and how the First Lady’s visit helps, your article cynically undermined everything about her visit.
Including the name of the restaurant she ate at the night before in your lead sentence was a cheap shot to slant the article against her.
You should salute Mrs. Bush for caring enough about the homeless to honor the Los Angeles Mission for its rehabilitation and literacy programs.
