Laser Precision Corp.: The San Juan Capistrano manufacturer of test and measurement instruments lost $126,000, or 3 cents per share, for the first quarter on revenue of $4.6 million. For last year’s first quarter, net income was $124,000, or 3 cents per share, which included a net loss of $740,000 on discontinued operations. Revenue totaled $6.7 million. Fredrick Sehnert, president and chief executive, attributed the decline in revenue to generally sluggish market conditions during the first period, typically the company’s weakest quarter.
