Electronic Data Systems said it earned $133.1 million, up 20% from $106.3 million a year ago. EDS lowered its first-quarter 1991 earnings by $15.5 million for an income tax accounting change. Per share earnings for GM-E stock, linked to EDS’ performance, were 28 cents versus 22 cents. That takes into account a 2-for-1 split effective March 10.
