Western Bank Names New Senior Vice President

Thomas E. Black Jr. has joined Western Bank Mortgage Co. in Costa Mesa as senior vice president of loan production, where he will be responsible for branch office and wholesale loan operations. Black was formerly a senior vice president at Columbia First Bank in Arlington, Va.
