BANNED AIDS: While Magic Johnson and others are promoting the use of condoms to prevent AIDS, Assemblyman Gil Ferguson (R-Newport Beach) has a different twist: He’s introduced what he calls an anti-AIDS bill to restrict the sale of condoms.
