Harold G. Knowlton has joined Western Bank Mortgage Co. in the newly created position of senior vice president of information systems. Before joining the Costa Mesa mortgage bank, Knowlton was senior vice president of data processing for Shearson Lehman Hutton Mortgage Corp.
