BILLYWOOD? The Orange County Crazies, an improv group which operates from the Pacific Symphony Building in Santa Ana, doesn’t need any more comedians. But if you’d like to see your goat become a star, call them at (714) 840-1406. They’re auditioning goats for their summer revue, “Orangelahoma.” . . . “The goat doesn’t need any theatrical experience,” says the group’s artistic director, Cherie Kerr. “And it doesn’t have to be funny--just cooperative.”
